About the event
Guidelines on Use of AI Tools: AI in Grading and Provision of Feedback on Student Work
This sharing session will begin with an introduction to the Guidelines on using AI in grading and provision of feedback on student work. Building on this foundation, it will explore a range of assessment tasks that lend themselves well—or less appropriately—to AI-assisted grading and feedback. To ground policy in classroom practice, two teams of CUHK teachers will share their firsthand experiences using AI in assessment, offering insights into key considerations, practical tips, and effective strategies. In addition, findings from a university-wide survey conducted by CLEAR will shed light on the current use of AI in feedback and assessment across CUHK's teaching community.
